LOOSE LEASH BASICS
Our Loose Leash Group Class is the first in our basic obedience group class series!
Each week we will cover a new skill as we build on the previous week’s skills. Easy to follow homework will help you train your dog at home between classes. Join us weekly to learn all of your basic obedience skills!

AGILITY 101
Our Intro to Agility class is a great way to introduce new dogs to the fun game of agility. We build confidence and handling skills in a safe environment for dogs. Recommended skills include a sit stay and recall, but we will cover those skills in class as well.

This class is great for beginners and for dog owners who have some basic obedience skills already!

NOSEWORK 201
This four week class builds on the education from 101 and continues to build odor recognition and searching behavior.
​
​This class is designed to build on the skills started in Nosework 101: odor recognition, searching behavior and clarity in communication. Dogs will move from hunting for odor in boxes to other items in the environment.
​
This course will also cover:​

Odor recognition and building a clear indication

Searching for odor in a variety of pictures

Odor handling and storage for productive practice at home

TOSS & FETCH
Dogs love to chase and catch Frisbees — anyone who plays with their pups in their backyard knows this. It’s great exercise and mentally stimulating for your dog while strengthening the bond between you and your pet.
Join our Toss & Fetch league, you can take your backyard game to new levels by meeting up with local disc dog enthusiasts and competing against other disc doggers across the planet.

K9 Frisbee Toss & Fetch is an easy game to learn, a friendly yet competitive environment, and
great fun for you and, especially, your dog.
​
Pre-requisites: none, but recommended that your dog enjoys chasing and catching a frisbee, as well as bringing it back

FITDOG: LEVEL THREE
If you've passed the AKC Fit Dog Level 1 & 2 assessments - get excited! The AKC Fit Dog Level 3 course is next and it's packed with even more fun and challenging skills for you and your dog to master!
This course builds on your fitness foundations taught in the Level 1 and 2 courses and take on new fitness challenges with your dog. From figure eights and bows to Ipsilateral (same side) targeting and side stepping, the Fit Dog Level 3 course is the ultimate fitness adventure for you and your dog. ​

NOSEWORK 101
This 4 week class is designed as an entry level class and is designed to take you through motivation, marker words, clear communication and odor recognition on Birch essential oil.
This course will cover:

AGILITY 201
Our Agility 201 class builds on the skills built during Agility 101 and introduces several new pieces of equipment. It starts to go over basic handling concepts as we build confidence in a safe environment for the dogs.
Our Agility 201 covers:

A frame, tunnels and dog walk

Stopped and running contacts
-
Front crosses and tying obstacles together
This class is great way to build the handler's footwork and skills and the dog's confidence.

TRICKS: DROP IN
This drop in class will cover tricks outlined in the AKC Novice, Intermediate or Advanced Tricks Title list. We can cover new tricks as a group or individually address behaviors you are struggling to complete.​​

NOSEWORK 301
This four week class builds on the education from 201 and continues to build odor recognition and searching behavior. It will also introduce an additional odor: Anise.

​This class is designed to build on the skills started in Nosework 201. Dogs will learn to hunt other items in the environment, and introduce the concept of blanks and multiple hides.
​
This course will also cover:​

FITDOG LEVEL ONE
The AKC FIT DOG Level One course was designed to provide a fitness foundation to bring fun fitness classes to their students.
This course is designed to inspire dog owners to engage in fitness-related activities with their dogs while minimizing the risk of injury or harm due to inexperienced instruction.

4 week class.​
Pre-requisites: none
​
CGC + ADVANCED & URBAN
This four week class assumes a baseline level of obedience, communication and control in each dog signed up.
That said, this will also be a class where homework is important! While these tests may seem difficult, there are actually quite a few repeat items that simply increase in difficulty. We’ll cover it all and give plenty of homework. If everyone is feeling confident with their dog after four weeks we can schedule a test day!

During week one we will go over the three tests, the purpose of the AKC Family Dog programs and what our goals are. We’ll discuss communication and equipment as well.
​​
4 week class.​
Pre-requisites: Loose Leash Basics is recommended but can be skipped if the dog is non-reactive and has some basic obedience.
